Inspired by her passion for cooking and the combination of both Sri Lankan and European style food, Nicola decided to create Little Colombo to share her knowledge and food with others. Having been brought up in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Nicola has spent the majority of her years cooking in Australia where she has adapted and reinterpreted modern styles of cooking with her own family influences to create the wonderful tastes Little Colombo has to offer.

 

Based in Brisbane, Little Colombo specialises in traditional Sri Lankan cuisine, specifically Lampries (see Menu) while also offering a range of finger foods perfect for catering parties, weddings and private functions. Cooking classes are also available for those who want to create the unique taste of Little Colombo right in their very own home!
