Lampries begins with a bed of rice. Added to this is a curry (made up of chicken, lamb, beef and pork), eggplant pickle, seeni sambol (cooked onion sambol) & prawn blachan (a coconut, chilli, lemon & dried prawn sambol) topped with beef cutlets. Served on a banana leaf and wrapped in foil (minumum of 12 people)

The Curry and Rice Meals are pre-packed containers for one person. They include Rice (Red or Plain white rice), Curry (of your choice), Dahl and Two Seasonal Vegetables. These packets are great for freezing. (minimum of 12 people)

YELLOW RICE AND CURRY • $15 FOR REGULAR/$17 FOR SEAFOOD

Served on a bed of yellow rice with chicken curry, cashew curry, brinjal pahi (eggplant pickle) topped with beef cutlets. Served on a banana leaf and wrapped in foil (minimum of 12 people)

BEEF SMORE • PRICE DEPENDENT ON SIZE ($45 per kilo)

A large piece of beef cooked slowly in coconut and spices, made to order depending on number of people

SRI LANKAN FISH • $35

Juvenile Barramundi prepared with herbs and spices and can be taken home to be baked for dinner parties or fried. (whole fish)
